This company is old school TOP NOTCH. Today I don't experience old school customer service very often but I most certainly did when I moved last week. From the initial conversation obtaining a quote, to the last box that was carried in and placed on a shelf one ladder length high, I received red carpet service. Everyone – Greg, Laney, all of the packers and movers – accommodated our every wish with professionalism and patience. My husband and I moved from Rolling Hills, CA to Wyoming. We had our things in storage for 10 months.
The Company accommodated me when I needed access to our things in a very short time frame.

Greg, kudos to you and your men – Patrick, Joaquin, Antonio, and Salvador. They were friendly, efficient & patient. When I called with questions before the move, your staff answered my questions and assured me they would arrive when scheduled. They did arrive as scheduled, packed us up, and moved us out in a timely manner. This condo is like a fortress, so I worried about them finding us, taking stuff up to the third floor and door to basement storage, even though there is an elevator. Worry was wasted as they arrived as planned and already fully moved our stuff up and down with no problems (and a little help from our daughter, Celia). We highly recommend your services. Thank you!

We hired Redondo Van & Storage to help us move from Southern California to Boston after having considered using another type of moving methods. We could not have been happier with this decision and experience. The owner and staff were always courteous and responsive to our questions and requests, took time to explain how to pack delicate items such as china, glasses, picture frames, etc. We wanted to move our car too. We moved from the OC to Redondo Beach almost 2 years ago. During the process, we needed to move our belongings, put them in storage for 3 months, and then have the contents moved to our new home. We looked into many storage options and found Redondo Van and Storage to be reasonably priced to move our belongings to their onsite storage facility. Then, when we were ready for our belongings, we called them and they moved them to the new home. They were also very courteous and careful with our belongings.
